• How would you explain your LeadershipEQ program to me if I was 5 years old?

  This program is like going to a special school that teaches you how to understand and control your feelings better. It also teaches you how to understand others' feelings, and be a good team captain. It's like learning how to be the best friend you can be to your team.

  You'll get better at understanding and managing your own emotions, as well as those of your team. This helps your team work better together, regardless of the challenge in front of you.

  Most leadership development programs focus on skills like decision-making or strategy.

  Our program is different because it helps you understand and handle emotion - both yours and your team's. In the modern workplace, it’s these skills that are proving to be the key to being a great leader.

• What is my team’s time commitment with respect to LeadershipEQ?

  The full program involves four sessions: Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Empathy, and Accountability.

  Each follows our 3 & 30 Model: a 3-hour live facilitation with your entire team, followed by 30 days of self-directed learning for each participant. This cycle is repeated until all 4 modules are complete. 

  This has proven to be the most effective way to meet the learning needs of even the most diverse teams - while keeping everyone progressing at an equal rate.

• You often talk about the connection between leadership and parenting. Will LeadershipEQ really help me at home?

  The fundamental skills of emotional intelligence you will learn - understanding and managing emotions - are as useful at home as they are at work.

  We can say with confidence you'll become a better parent and leader through the subject matter alone.

  First, every live session is expertly facilitated. Every tool delivered during those sessions has also been deliberately built to be usable at a high school level.

  In short, the tools and strategies you’ll learn have been designed to minimize the need for ongoing support, saving you both time and money.

  However, each learner also has access to online tools and can book 15-minute live micro-training sessions with their facilitator whenever they need.
